On 13th June 2020 I photographed in the home pond this frog with a tail, whose name of the species I do not know.
As can be deduced by observing the size of the water lily leaf, it is an adult specimen.
Considering the period and the size, I wonder if it is a natural phenomenon (species of frog) or if it is something particular.
Definitely not Ascaphus truei (the only frog with a tail).
